Tim serviced my furnace at my house that I was in the process of buying and even though I had to keep pushing his arrival date due to unknown closing date he had an excellent attitude every time I had to delay him! He was very friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to listen to the problems I had with my heating system. I am very pleased with Folsom Heating and Cooling. I reached them thru my home warranty policy. Loss of heat was discovered on a Thursday am and Timothy had my furnace repaired by noon Saturday. He is efficient, courteous and respectful. I definately would use his service again.

Highly recommend! My home warranty company sent Folsom to investigate a leak in our HVAC (heat) unit. He quickly responded, arrived timely, identified and fixed the problem immediately. We kept his card and had him back within a couple of weeks to service the AC. We’ll have him back in the fall for servicing the heating unit.

We had an issue with our central ac not operating properly. Tim was able to get me on the schedule within several days from the call, where others were weeks out. We will utilize their services for all our heating/cooling needs.

I had issues with my forced hot water system gurgling while circulating. Tim was able to diagnose and replace a clogged circulating valve quickly and efficiently.
